Overview

This survey is for children and young people living in Northamptonshire who are aged between 11 and 19.

Northamptonshire Public Health and NHS Northamptonshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are two organisations responsible for providing health and wellbeing services for children and young people in Northamptonshire. Where we use the term “health and wellbeing”, we mean physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.

We are working closely together to review some of the community health and wellbeing services for children and young people aged 11-19. So that you know which services this survey is about, please have a look at the list below.

We are really interested to hear your honest views on any of these services you use now, or have used in the past so that we can get an understanding of your experiences. We think there are things we do well, but we also think there are things we could do better, but we need your help to tell us where we can improve and make changes in the future.

If you haven’t used any of our services, this survey is still for you. We need to know what is important to you in case you do need to use our services in the future.

This survey is quite large because we would like feedback on a number of services and the best way for us to get useful feedback for each service is to ask about them separately. Please don’t let this put you off as there are only a few short questions for each service, and you will probably only have comments on a few services. If you have not used any of these services you can leave those sections blank. However, we would still like to hear your views about what you feel is important about children’s health and wellbeing.

It is really important that we only hear your views about our services (however, if you do need a bit of help from an adult to complete this survey, that is ok). This survey is for all children and young people aged 11-19 who are living in Northamptonshire, so if you know someone who has used our services, please let them know so that they complete this as well. Your answers will be treated anonymously and will be used to tell us how we can make services better for children and young people like you.
